To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between you the guest and La Villa Aphro Boutique
Hotel (hereinafter called ‘Management’) under which rooms are permitted to be used: We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the
hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviours, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

1. Rates
● Guests will be charged per night.
● Our room rates are government taxes inclusive and cover the use of the room and breakfast
● Meals and other services are available at extra cost.
To know your invoice, please contact the front desk Manager.

2. Settlement of invoices
● Invoices/Bills must be settled on presentation by cash, online or with a valid credit card.
Personal checks are not accepted
● A 50% deposit is required to confirm room reservation prior to arrival.

3. Cancellation policy
● Cancellation can be done by email or phone call or message.
● 30 days prior to arrival: 100% refund
● 10 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
● 5 days prior to arrival: 25% refund
● 2 days prior to arrival: 0% refund

4. Arrival
● Check-in time is 2:00 pm on the arrival day.
● To complete your reservation, kindly present your ID card, Passport, or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in.

By Law, visitors must present personal documents for hotel records.
● Guest registration forms must be signed on arrival.
● If upon check-in the guest does not specify the duration of his or her stay the hotel will presume it is for one night.
● Guest must show up before/at 2 pm or assure the receptionist of his/her coming otherwise the booking will be canceled if there is no contact from him on the arrival date.
● A maximum of 2 guests are allowed to stay in our standard room. In the case of room sharing, Children older than 7 years old and a third guest must pay 1000 ghs for an extra bed.
Kindly contact the front office agent to know the rooms that can contain more than 2 guests.

5. Departure
● Check-out time is 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
● On failure of the guest to vacate the room on time, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
● Guests wishing to check out later than 2:00 pm are kindly requested to ask for permission from our reception before 11:00 pm otherwise it will be charged for one additional night.
● Please inform the reception before 10.00 am if you wish to retain your room beyond the departure date given while check-in in.
● The extension of your stay will be confirmed depending on the availability.
● If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged.
● In case of loss or damage of the key card 500 ghs will be charged in the room bill.

6. During the stay
● Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited.
● For security reasons, joiner must register at reception before entering the guest room.
● Hanging of any items in guest room windows/balcony that might ruin the beauty of our hotel appearance is prohibited.
● No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties even if the room has been duly paid for, without the front office manager’s knowledge.
● Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other places in the hotel is prohibited.
● Guests and other individuals using the hotel services are asked to make sure their conduct does not disturb other guests.
● The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate the above rule.

7. Guest’s Belongings & Luggage
● Guests are expected to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed to prevent access from third parties.
● For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.
● The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss/or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel left unattended.
● In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

8. Forgotten items
Items left behind by Guest will be sent on demand by post or dispatch service at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the hotel will store such items for 15 days and then donate them.

9. Food & Drink
● Ordering and bringing of food from outside to our hotel is not allowed.
● Drinks from outside are not allowed
● A Corkage fee will be charged on selected drinks.

10. Smoking
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the rooms and the hotel premises and the violator is subject to see his/her room reservation canceled without any refund.

11. Animals
Pets and animals are not allowed into the Hotel.

12. Damage to Property
● Any damage should be reported to the front office immediately after it becomes apparent.
● The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
● Unwashable stains, rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged to the guest’s invoice.

13. Gambling
● Gambling, smuggling, prostitution or any other behavior that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.

14. Hazardous goods
● Bringing illegal items, exotic plants weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. ● The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invited visitors, agents, and servants for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.

15. Management’s Rights
It is agreed that the guest will respectably conduct himself/herself and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice if he/she violates any of the above rules, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so . In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
